Adam Fraser has had a long and varied career in the finance and technology industries. In 2003, they began their career as Chief Financial Officer and Strategy and Corporate Finance at Mortgage Choice. In 2007, they moved to Allco Finance Group as Associate Director. In 2009, they co-founded an online retail start up. From 2011 to 2019, they were Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at PLAUT IT Australia. In 2019, they joined EY as Director of Business Transformation. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Omniscient Neurotechnology (o8t), a medtech start up based in Sydney with a global vision to revolutionise brain care via data science, machine learning and AI. Prior to this, they were the founder of EchoJunction, a company that works at the intersection of social media, marketing, data insights and enterprise IT.
Adam Fraser attended the University of Nottingham from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Economics. Adam then completed an ACA at the ICAEW from 1992 to 1996. In 1997, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute Australia, and in 2006, they completed a General Manager Program at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in the Residential Leadership Programme.
