Dick Factor has over 38 years of experience in sales and business development. Dick began their career in 1981 as a Senior Account Executive at Telxon, which was later purchased by Symbol Technologies, Motorola, and Zebra. In 1999, they moved to NetApp as a Senior Account Executive. Two years later, they joined Datalogic (formerly PSC) as the National Sales Manager for Mobile & Wireless. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior Account Manager at Stratix Corporation. Finally, in 2009, they became the Director of Sales & Business Development at OMNIQ Corp.

Dick Factor attended Archbishop Hoban High School before enrolling at The University of Akron.
