Scott Howard has extensive work experience in technical support. Scott started their career as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Academic Management Systems, Inc. in October 2003, where they provided product support. Scott worked there until December 2007. In January 2008, they joined Omnilert as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Later, they were promoted to Director of Technical Support in August 2014. Their roles at Omnilert are ongoing, with no specified end date.
