Trale Merz has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and compliance, having worked in various roles at Omnicell and Mylan. In their current role as Director at Omnicell, Trale leads and mentors a team of twelve reports and three managers worldwide, focused on patient and user safety, global regulatory compliance, and customer quality. Prior to Omnicell, Trale held positions at Mylan as a Lead Specialist in Process Validation, Senior Specialist in Supplier Management, and Quality Control Chemist, where they reviewed and approved various protocols and reports in support of commercial products.
