Tim Agrell's work experience includes the following:

- In March 2023, they joined Omniarch as an Analytics Consultant.

- From July 2021 to March 2023, they worked at Boozt as an Analytics Specialist.

- From August 2019 to July 2021, they were a Consultant at CGI, where they were part of the CGI Selected talent program, gaining experience in consulting, project management, and business development.

- In August and September 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst and Trainee at Acando, undergoing a three-year training program to become a top consultant.

- In January and March 2019, they completed an internship at Tetra Pak, focusing on the possibilities of Industry 4.0 from a business developer's perspective.

- In May and September 2017, they worked at IKEA Group as a Maskin - och kassaoperatör.

- From September 2014 to August 2016, they served as a Supply Teacher at Lunds kommun.

Tim Agrell received their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Lund University School of Economics and Management in 2019, after completing their studies from 2016 to 2019.
