Manoj Sonawane began their work experience as a Jr.Executive at Hospira in February 2014 and worked there until February 2015. Manoj then joined Harman Finochem Ltd as an Asst. Officer in February 2015 and left in September 2016. In September 2016, they joined OmniActive Health Technologies as an Executive-Engineering.

From 2006 to 2011, Manoj Sonawane attended Shree Tuljabhawani college of Engineering, Tuljapur, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
