Lhoucine Chdid has a diverse work experience in the scientific field. Lhoucine currently works as a Scientist at OmniAb, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist at Icagen from December 2017 to November 2022. Before joining Icagen, Lhoucine worked as a Research Scientist at BRITE, North Carolina Central University from January 2016 to November 2017. Their career started as a Research Technician at the college of veterinary medicine NCSU, where they worked from October 2011 to March 2016.

Lhoucine Chdid completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University in the years 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at North Carolina Central University from 2013 to 2017.
