Fay Hall has a diverse background in project management, operations, and administrative roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and process improvement. Currently serving in product and operations at Omni Labs since February 2020, Fay is involved in developing personalized web automation solutions. Previous experience includes a project manager role at Side, where significant recruiting process enhancements were achieved, and an operations intern position at Reed College, which involved administrative and event support. Fay also held internships at ignition inc. and The Coca-Cola Company, gaining insights into account management and legal operations. Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Reed College and graduated from Taipei American School.
