Jason Paulsel has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 1993. Jason began their career at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer. Jason then moved to Dell Computer Corporation as a Lead Mechanical Engineer in 1997. In 2000, they joined Advanced Micro Devices as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2002, they joined Valence Technology Inc. as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2004, they joined Panasonic Automotive Systems of America as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Advanced Development, where they developed new technology demonstration platforms for Automotive Infotainment Systems and designed OEM Head units and faceplates for various car manufacturers. In 2008, they joined Cooper Lighting as a Mechanical Engineer in Recessed Lighting, where they designed LED recessed down light fixtures. In 2011, they joined Stryker Communications as a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2012, they joined Cooper Lighting Solutions as an Engineering Manager in New Product Development and a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer in Recessed Lighting, where they designed LED lighting fixtures. In 2022, they joined OMNI International as a Senior Manager of Engineering.
Jason Paulsel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1990 and 1993. Jason then attended Florida College from 1989 to 1990, but did not receive a degree. In 2014, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
