Wen Stenger

Wen Stenger has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. They are currently the Chief Executive Officer at Omni Inclusive, a company that specializes in workforce management solutions with a focus on inclusion and sustainability. They also hold the role of Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at TechDigital Group, where they prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in their hiring process and workplace environment.

They played a key role in the consolidation and standardization of third-party security guard operations globally and managed talent acquisition programs with a significant annual spend.

Wen's career began in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, providing support in various areas such as reassignments, retirements, and separations. They were also a member of the USAF Academy Honor Guard.

Wen Stenger is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology of Gender and Sexual Fluidity at Northcentral University, with an expected completion in 2025. They previously obtained a Master of Arts degree in the same field from Northcentral University. Prior to that, Wen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Regis University.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Wen has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some notable certifications include Social and Behavioral Educational (SBE) from CITI Program, DOBE from Disability:IN, SDVBE Certified from NaVOBA, and Carbon Neutral Certified from Carbon Neutral. They have also gained certifications in fields such as Contingent Workforce Management, Project Management, and Human Resources Management.
