Ganesh Arshavin is an accomplished technology professional with a robust career in software engineering and development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Omni since May 2022, Ganesh is focused on transforming the HR space through innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Ganesh held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Carousell from January 2019 to July 2022, where significant software advancements were made. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Samsung Electronics America (March 2017 - December 2018) and as a Software Development Engineer at xome (May 2015 - March 2017). Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2015.
