Kiara Ruiz, MSHRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Thomas Jefferson University since November 2023 and has been a Human Resources Coordinator and Office Manager at Omni Health Services, Inc. since April 2019. Previous experience includes supporting roles at TW Ponessa & Associates from January 2018 to October 2018 and an admissions student worker position at Central Penn College from August 2015 to June 2016. Kiara Ruiz holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Penn College, completed in September 2017.
