Charles Howard is an experienced professional in the technology and service delivery sectors, currently serving as the Regional Service Manager at OMNI Business Systems, Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at Ricoh Americas Corporation from August 1989 to September 2019, including Service Delivery Manager and Senior Technology Specialist.
