Jason Hicks is an experienced Training Development Manager at Omnex since June 2004, responsible for maintaining a catalog of over 400 training courses and collaborating with subject matter experts to update and create training materials. Prior to this role, Jason operated as a self-employed Freelance Technical Writer/Editor, producing PowerPoint presentations and editing training manuals from February 2002 to June 2004. Jason's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Documentation Specialist at National Techteam, where various documentation projects were led, and roles as a Technical Writer for DaimlerChrysler and Backup Team Leader/2nd Level Support Technician. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
