Doug Loyer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Omneky, Doug’s focus is on generative AI for advertising. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Deepgram, leading efforts in speech-to-text technology, and at Chartboost, where Doug modernized bidding systems through data science. As CTO of ScaleMonk, Doug successfully built a mobile ad tech team that generated significant user installs. Doug also held positions at Criteo, MZ, and co-founded Fractional Media, demonstrating expertise in programmatic media and machine learning. Doug's career began in software development at NetApp and Accela Communications, contributing to significant tech innovations in marketing technology. Doug holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
