Jose Luis Rubio Guivernau is the VP of Software and AI at Ommatidia LIDAR since November 2019. Jose Luis was also a Start4big Gold Ambassador at Start4big from March 2019 to February 2020. With a background in Biomedical Image Processing, Jose has experience as a Co-founder & CTO at Medlumics, as well as a Research Engineer at Biomedical Image Technologies Group. Jose Luis has also held positions as a Visiting Researcher at various institutions such as CNRS - Institut de Neurobiologie Alfred Fessard and Johns Hopkins University. Jose holds a PhD in Biomedical Image Processing from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an Executive Master en Innovación from Escuela de Organización Industrial.
