Rocio Suarez has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rocio started their career as a Master Student at Winfinity in 2000. Rocio then worked as a Design Engineer at Hyperstone from 2002 to 2008. After that, they joined STEC GmbH as a Design Engineer in both the USA and Malaysia locations from 2008 to 2009. Currently, Rocio works at OMICRON electronics as an HW Developer since 2009.

Rocio Suarez obtained a Master's Degree in Microelectronics from Hochschule Furtwangen, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronic Engineering at Universidad Nacional de San Juan. In addition to their formal education, Rocio Suarez has acquired several certifications focused on project management and leadership. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn and cover areas such as hybrid project management, decision-making in high-stress situations, strengths-based project management, leadership communications, transitioning from waterfall to agile project management, agile methodologies, effective presentation skills, problem-solving in project management, leadership foundations, and project leadership. The obtained certifications span from 2020 to 2022.
