Irfan Ali Manihar has work experience as a Technical Support Engineer at OMICRON electronics starting in July 2022, and as an Intern at the same company starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gautam Solar Pvt Ltd as a Project Sales Engineer from November 2021 to May 2022, where they were responsible for coordinating with farmers and installers for solar pump installations in Maharashtra. Irfan also worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Gautam Solar Pvt Ltd from October 2021 to November 2021.

Irfan Ali Manihar completed their high school education at R.S.B.H.S.SCHOOL from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a degree in H.S. Following this, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at Bengal Institute of Technology & Management.
