Frank te Pas has extensive experience in environmental measurement and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor on air and odor issues at Omgevingsdienst Regio Arnhem since April 2013. Throughout this tenure, Frank has held various roles including Acting Team Leader for soil emissions and waste, and Coordinator for the measurement and advice team. Prior to this, Frank spent over 20 years in diverse positions related to emission measurements and environmental quality across organizations such as Raad voor Accreditatie, Provincie Gelderland, and Akzo Nobel Chemicals, contributing to significant projects and assessments in compliance with ISO standards. Frank holds an engineering degree as an analytical chemist from Hogere laboratorium school in Arnhem and completed VWO at Ludgercollege.
