Rob Frymire has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries, including technology, finance, and the military. Rob is currently employed as the Lead Technology Software Engineer at OneMain since 2015. Prior to this, they worked as an Application Consultant at Interactive Intelligence from 2013 to 2015, and as a Converged Engineer at G3 Technology Partners from 2011 to 2013. From 2007 to 2011, Rob served as a Sr. Network Engineer III at both Vantiv and Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC. Rob started their professional career as a Sr Communications Analyst at American General Finance from 1998 to 2007. Before that, they worked in various roles at Southwest Research Institute and The Digital Design Company. Rob's career began in the US Air Force, where they served as an Airman from 1988 to 1992.

Rob Frymire attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Analog and Digital Communications. Rob also holds additional certifications, including "Jira Automation for Admins," obtained in 2023, and various certifications in video production, editing, and software development obtained between 2018 and 2019.
