Jamie Gersch currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Ometria, a technology platform focused on personalized marketing for retailers, and as Chief Marketing Officer at Rothy's. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Old Navy from 2016 to November 2022, where Gersch led global marketing efforts and strengthened brand equity, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Charlotte Russe, where new brand positioning was developed for the company. Gersch also held the role of Vice President of Marketing at Old Navy from 2013 to 2015, repositioning the brand and launching a new creative strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Marketing for GAP North America at Gap Inc., where iconic global marketing campaigns were developed. Jamie Gersch holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Colgate University.
