Erica Hara is an experienced integrated producer and production manager currently employed at Omelet since January 2020. Prior to this role, Erica held positions as a senior project manager at Team One, and at Hill Holliday, showcasing a strong background in project management. Previous experience includes lead producer and senior producer roles at Isobar, and project manager duties at Arnold Worldwide and CTP. Erica's career began as a server and a production coordinator at Lyons Group and StudentHealth101, respectively, along with internship experience at Finish Editorial and Mr. Youth. Erica holds a BA in Media Communications and Psychology from Northeastern University and has furthered education at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and J.F. Oberlin University.
