Rick Villareal is the President and CEO of Omega Enterprise Solutions, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Rick served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Commercial Solutions, and Director of Technical Services at Bridges Consulting from November 2007 to August 2018. Rick began their career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer from May 1995 to June 2015. Additionally, Rick worked as a Senior Consultant in Project Management at IBM between June 2004 and November 2007, and as a Technical Delivery Manager at Electronic Data Systems from July 2001 to June 2004. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1995, having also attended the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School from 1990 to 1991.
