Amos Bigler is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Commissary Operations at Ome Caterers since May 2024, Amos previously held the position of Executive Chef at Sharon Country Club from November 2020 to May 2024. Prior to this, Amos worked as Chef De Cuisine at Tribeca Rooftop + Tribeca 360Ā° and as Chef Partner at Corner Harvest. Amos's journey in the culinary world began as an Executive Chef at On The Marc Events, which included catering for high-profile occasions, and further developed through roles such as Sous Chef at Sweet Grass and Crabtree's Kittle House Restaurant & Inn. Academically, Amos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Food and Business Leadership from The Culinary Institute of America and also possesses an Associateās Degree in Culinary Arts, alongside a culinary certificate from Lorain County Joint Vocational School District.
