John Reed has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as an Application Engineer for Solar Products and previously holding positions including Engineering Manager-Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineer at OMCO Solar since August 2014. Key responsibilities include manufacturing process improvement and tooling design, as well as project management for facilities setup and manufacturing equipment installation. Prior to this, John Reed served in the U.S. Army from April 1990 to August 2014, achieving the rank of Senior Infantry Sergeant and managing over 230 personnel, focusing on training, morale, and welfare, as well as contract establishment and intelligence analysis. John Reed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Business Management from Excelsior University (2012-2016) and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Central Texas College (2007-2009).
