Maureen Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as a Board Member at Franco-Nevada Corporation and Chairperson of OBSI since 2021, Maureen also holds the position of Public Governor at FINRA and Chair of The Prosperity Project, both roles undertaken since 2020. Previously, Maureen was Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Securities Commission from 2011 to 2020, and held significant roles at IIROC and Market Regulation Services, culminating in a merger in 2008. Maureenā€™s career began at the Toronto Stock Exchange, where responsibilities included market regulation strategy. Education includes a B.Sc in Geology from the University of Toronto and the ICD directors course from the Rotman School of Management.
