Sami Aldughaishi's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ONEIC from March 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they held roles at the Civil Service Employees Pension Fund, including Deputy Director General for Operation from June 2021 to March 2022, and Director from April 2007 to March 2022.

Sami Aldughaishi earned a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Glasgow from 2016 to 2017.
