Mutheer Al Kalbani is currently the Head of Talent Management & Development at Oman Arab Bank, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mutheer accumulated extensive experience at Sohar International, serving in various leadership positions from July 2008 to February 2023, including Senior VP & Head of SI Academy, Vice President & Head of Learning & Capability Development, and Chief Manager of Organizational Development. Mutheer began the career in operations and advanced through multiple roles focused on learning and capability enhancement. Educationally, Mutheer holds a B.A. in Translation from Sultan Qaboos University, completed in 2008.
