Suzanne Hasiak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wildlife education and animal care. Since January 2014, Suzanne has served as a Raptor Care Specialist and Teacher Naturalist at Fontenelle Forest, while also contributing as a Docent and Animal Handler at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium since January 2013. At the zoo, Suzanne focuses on educating guests about animals, habitats, and conservation efforts, and participates in the Endangered Salt Creek Beetle Project. Prior to these roles, Suzanne was a Policy Development Staff Officer at the USDA, FSIS, from January 1998 until retirement in August 2013. Educational credentials include studies at San Jose State University from 1976 to 1979.
