John O'Neill has a diverse work experience that includes roles in sales, insurance, customer service, and marketing. John is currently working at Omaha National as a Sales and Marketing Representative. Prior to that, they were employed at State Farm as an Insurance Sales Representative. Their previous roles include working as a Customer Service Representative at Nelnet, an Uber driver, a member of the Marketing Team at Legacy Estates, an Intern at UNICO Group, and a Student Employee at Jetsplash. John has also worked as a Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and as a Server at Grand Lodge at the Preserve.

John O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2013 to 2019. John also pursued Marketing at the same university from 2013 to 2018, although they did not earn a specific degree. In terms of additional certifications, John obtained the Nebraska Producers Property and Casualty certification from the Nebraska Department of Insurance in June 2020. John later obtained the California Producers Property and Casualty certification from the California Department of Insurance in December 2021.
