Kelly Zdanis currently serves as Regional Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Omada Health, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include cultivating implementation strategies, enhancing platform adoption, and leading a team of six Enterprise Customer Success Managers to achieve high customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Previous experience includes roles as a Strategic Account Executive and Account Manager at Best Doctors, overseeing relationships with top national clients, and an Account Specialist responsible for the implementation of new client projects. Early career experience consists of lease administration at Cassidy Turley and property management at Boston Properties. Kelly Zdanis holds a BA in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and has completed additional certifications, including Gainsight End User certification.
