Rob Young has over 15 years of professional experience in the design industry. In 2004, they began their career as an Art Director at Dim Mak Records, followed by a Designer role at Spark Networks. In 2006, Rob took on a Designer role at EVB where they designed microsites, banner ads, and pitch material for a variety of world-class brands. In 2007, Rob became an Art Director at Code and Theory and also began freelancing as an Art Director/Designer. In 2008, Rob joined Apple as an Art Director. From 2011-2013, they worked as a UX Lead Inbox/Gmail at Google and as a Sr. Experience Design Lead at Adobe Systems. In 2020, Rob began mentoring at First Round Fast Track, and in 2013 they co-founded O/M Studio, a digital product design studio, where they are currently the CEO and Co-Founder.

Rob Young holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Anglo-Americka Vysoka Skola in Prague.
