Ajay Sawant has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ajay began their career in 1998 at Blue Dart Express Limited as an Area Operations Manager, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Key Account Manager at WRITER SAFEGUARD PRIVATE LIMITED. Ajay then joined Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd. as a State Head from 2014 to 2020. Following that, they worked as a Regional Operations Manager at RIVIGO from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are employed at Om Logistics Limited as a Regional Manager Retail Operation, a position they have held since 2023.

Ajay Sawant attended Kendriya Vidyalaya in the year 1990 and completed their 10th grade.
