Tony Searing serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Humanity & Inclusion U.S. and has an extensive background in advocacy, management, and emergency response. With experience as President of the ARC Foundation, Tony focuses on supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Additionally, Tony volunteers as a Ski Patroller and works as an Emergency Medical Technician with Morrisonville Schuyler Falls Volunteer Ambulance Service. Past roles include Business Advisor at North Country Small Business Development Center, Plant Manager at IntraPac International Corporation and Johns Manville, and Founder/Coach of Tony Searing Operational Improvements. Tony's educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and military training in Nuclear Engineering from the United States Navy.
