Alexandra White has worked in various roles and companies. In 2018, they served as a Finance Intern at the Republican National Committee. The following year, they worked as a Field Intern at IPKO Foundation. In 2020, they joined the Republican National Committee again as a Housefile SMS Coordinator. Later that year, they transitioned to Olympic Media as a Digital SMS Strategist and eventually became an SMS Program Manager in 2022.

Alexandra White attended the University of Maryland from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics with a concentration in International Relations.
