Margo Yang's work experience began in 2008 at DB Schenker, where they worked as an Import Operation until November 2010. Margo then joined Olympic Industries and held various roles, including Logistics Operation from December 2010 to February 2013, Export & Operations Manager from February 2013 to December 2018, and International Operations Manager from December 2018 to February 2022. Starting in February 2022, Margo Yang became the Head of International Department and Trade Compliance at Olympic Industries ULC.

Margo Yang obtained their SCMP Credential in Supply Chain Management from Supply Chain Canada in 2018-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a CITP in International Trading from FITT in 2012-2013. In 2004-2006, Margo obtained a BA in Business & Marketing from Solent University, and in 2002-2004, they completed their College education in Business and Marketing at Randers Business School.
