Prakash Mistry possesses extensive experience in plant management and operations within the food industry. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Olymel since January 2021, Prakash oversees all aspects of plant operations. Previously, Prakash spent nearly nine years at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, advancing through various leadership roles, including Sanitation Leader, Planning, Materials & Purchasing Manager, and Production Manager. In these roles, Prakash successfully managed teams, implemented Covid-19 disinfecting procedures, and was involved in the establishment of a flagship plant. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Foampak from January 2006 to February 2012. Prakash’s career reflects a strong focus on leadership, operational efficiency, and team development.
