Eric Pouliot, Ph.D. is a meat specialist with extensive experience in food science and technology. Eric has worked as a Scientific Advisor at Olymel and as a Specialist in meat quality at the Centre d'expertise en production ovine du Québec. Eric holds a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from Université Laval.
