Riina Kilk has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Group Director of People and Engagement and Group HR Director at OlyBet Group since March 2020. Prior to this role, Riina held various positions within OlyBet Group, including Baltic HR Manager and HR Manager for Estonia. From July 2017 to October 2019, Riina was HR & Administration Manager at Timo Houses OÜ, focusing on improving operational systems and processes. Earlier in the career, Riina worked as HR Manager at Apranga Group from May 2010 to July 2017, responsible for a wide range of HR functions, and as Human Resources Coordinator at Powerwave Technologies from October 2007 to August 2010, assisting with HR documentation. Riina holds a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
