Milos Pajic is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently at OLX Group since October 2021, Milos focuses on building a market-agnostic transactional platform and leads teams responsible for delivery, KYC, and payments domains. Previously, Milos worked at Spark Networks where responsibilities included engineering management and leading the development of a microservice-based platform. Milos has also held senior Java developer roles at Comtrade Group and SBB Serbia BroadBand, along with software developer positions at Asseco South Eastern Europe, QUANTUM-AutoMARKET, and MapSoft, accumulating expertise in Java, C#, and various database technologies. Milos holds a degree from the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Mathematics.
