Anton Gorshenin is an experienced engineering manager and co-founder with a robust background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for the GenAI team at OLX since July 2024, Anton previously co-founded Brokn.AI, focusing on streamlining the ticket creation process for product teams. Prior experience includes engineering management roles at ESL FACEIT Group, OSOME, and other tech companies, where responsibilities encompassed team management, agile process implementation, recruitment, mentoring, and project oversight. Proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, Anton has contributed to various startups, including serving as the CTO for Gone to Mars, and has a strong foundation in microservice architecture, AWS services, and code optimization.
