Aditya Bhargava is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at OLX Indonesia since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing 180+ microservices and managing a team of over 70 engineers across multiple product teams. Prior to this role, Aditya worked as an Engineering Manager at OLX Group, leading the development of various applications and services utilized by millions of customers across regions such as India, Indonesia, Turkey, and Latin America. Previous positions include Software Architect at McKinsey & Company, Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks, and Software Developer at Think Money Group, among others. Aditya holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, attained between 2008 and 2011.
