Luiz Marçal is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with extensive experience in system development, currently serving at OLX Brasil since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing product development for private users in the Vertical de Autos segment. Prior to OLX Brasil, Luiz held various positions at Autoglass from October 2016 to July 2022, including Software Engineering Manager, where the focus was on internal product development and integration within the automotive insurance sector, as well as roles as Software Developer Specialist and SR Software Developer, emphasizing microservice architecture in .NET. Luiz began the career at Accenture Brasil from January 2014 to October 2016, initially as an Analista de Sistemas and later as an Administrador de Banco de Dados, gaining foundational skills in system maintenance and database monitoring. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Systems from Faculdade do Centro Leste and various certifications in coaching and emotional intelligence from IGT and EBRA Desenvolvimento Humano.
