Tiago Villas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tiago began their career as an Analyst of Support Technical at Redline Contact Center in 2004, providing remote installation support for credit card machines. Tiago also assisted in customer location and installation releases, creating detailed reports for successful and unsuccessful installations. Tiago left the company in 2005 due to a change in ownership.
In 2006, Tiago joined Atento Brasil as an Analyst of Customer Support, where they provided customer service and support. Tiago left the company in 2007.

In 2019, they took on the role of Technical Support Coordinator and continued to enhance support processes, create support materials, and update the Zabbix system. In 2022, they became a Customer Success Specialist, focusing on improving customer experience and providing support.

Tiago Villas attended the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Communication. Tiago obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação Social (Mercadológica) during this period as well. In terms of additional certifications, Tiago became a Zabbix Certified Specialist in December 2021 and a Zabbix Certified User in October 2021. Tiago also obtained the MCSE, MCSA, and MCP certifications from Microsoft in 2008.
