Dhruv Markandey serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at OLOID since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dhruv was with Mindtickle for over a decade, starting as the 10th employee and advancing to Senior Vice President of Product & Growth, contributing to the company's impressive growth from $0 to over $50 million in annual recurring revenue and achieving a $1.2 billion valuation with a workforce expansion from 10 to 800 employees. Dhruv also held various positions at HSBC from August 2005 to October 2012, achieving recognition as a top 1% performer, while overseeing the development of online retail and banking solutions in the UK and working on banking applications as a Software Engineer. Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Army Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
