Hannah Lawrence is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Olo since February 2020, having progressed through roles including Business Recruiter, Associate Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to this, Hannah spent over eight years at Sprinkles Cupcakes as General Manager, where responsibilities included creating a motivating work environment, leading staff recruitment and training, managing budgets, and overseeing operations and inventory management. Hannah's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor at Sprinkles, as well as internships at Olive Productions and Big Talk Productions. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film from Vassar College, obtained in 2010.
