Joanne Retzer is an experienced operations and revenue cycle management professional with a strong background in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at South Country Health Alliance since April 2015, Joanne coordinates membership and enrollment with the State of Minnesota and oversees third-party administrators for claims processing. Additionally, since February 2019, Joanne has been the Revenue Cycle Manager at Olmsted Medical Center, managing revenue cycle operations and supervising the insurance team. Previously, as a Revenue Cycle Manager and Clinic Administrator at Parkview Medical Clinic from February 2006 to October 2014, Joanne successfully reduced accounts receivable over 90 days and improved claims processing.
