Alessandro Bellone has extensive experience in the field of administration, finance, and research development, with a career at Olivetti since January 1986. Initially starting as an R&D Engineer focused on thin film and semiconductor technology for ink jet heads, Alessandro Bellone progressed to roles including Research and Development Project Manager, overseeing projects funded by European Commission and national programs. Prior to Olivetti, Alessandro Bellone worked as an R&D Engineer in pressure sensor technology at Marelli Autronica for a brief period in late 1985. Alessandro Bellone holds a Doctorate in Physics from Università degli Studi di Torino, obtained between 1979 and 1985.
