Catherine Cruz is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in operational roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Oliver James since September 2020, Catherine has held various positions including Operations Manager and Executive Office Manager. Prior to Oliver James, Catherine worked as an Office Manager at Stott and May for a short period in late 2019, and accumulated valuable experience at Adams Book Company, Inc. from May 2016 to November 2019, where roles included Assistant Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Binghamton University, awarded in 2014.
