Dr. Julia Songer Ferguson currently serves as the MES Program Lead at Oliver Healthcare Packaging, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Dr. Ferguson was the Digital Transformation Leader at Georgia-Pacific LLC, focusing on digital initiatives for consumer packaged goods plants. Earlier roles include Head of IT for the Americas Region at Outokumpu Stainless, where leadership of an international IT team was essential, and various managerial and instructional roles in information technology at RG Steel, Warren Steel Holdings, and ITT Technical Institute. Academic credentials include a PhD in Business Administration with a Computer Science specialty from Northcentral University, an MBA from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hiram College. Dr. Ferguson also completed an educational program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019.
